ON THE ISSUES
Cost of Living
One of the greatest challenges facing Stamford families today is the rising cost of living. From housing and childcare to groceries, healthcare, and electric bills, too many residents are feeling the strain. After a decade of public service, including the last two years as your State Representative, I have focused on practical solutions that help make life more affordable, by supporting housing opportunities, protecting consumers and small businesses, and working to lower energy costs while holding utilities accountable. I remain committed to advancing policies that strengthen economic opportunity, improve quality of life, and ensure Stamford remains a place where families, seniors, and young professionals can afford to live, work, and thrive.

Ethical Integrity
I hold myself to the highest standards of ethical integrity and accountability. I believe in transparency, honesty, and serving with the utmost dedication to the public interest, and have proven my commitment to these high standards. I am committed to fostering a culture of integrity within our government, ensuring that decisions are made with empathy, fairness, and impartiality,
Public Safety
Safe and reliable transportation infrastructure is essential to our quality of life and economic success. During my time in local government, I spearheaded Stamford's efforts to bring automated speed enforcement cameras to school zones, helping protect students, teachers, and families. As a member of the Transportation Committee in the Connecticut General Assembly, I have continued to advocate for policies that improve road safety, strengthen public transportation, and invest in the infrastructure our communities depend upon every day, including legislation to improve highway safety and address dangerous vehicle noise. I support maintaining and improving our roads, bridges, sidewalks, and transit systems while pursuing innovative solutions to reduce congestion and enhance pedestrian safety. By making smart investments in transportation and public safety, we can build a more connected, accessible, and secure future for all Connecticut residents.

Reproductive Rights
As a feminist and the son of an OBGYN, I am deeply committed to ensuring that every woman has the fundamental right to make her own reproductive choices. I firmly believe that decisions about reproductive and sexual health should be made by individuals in consultation with their healthcare providers, free from governmental interference. I support access to comprehensive reproductive and gender affirming healthcare services, including contraception and safe, legal abortion. Protecting reproductive rights is essential not only for women’s health and autonomy but also for gender equality and social justice.
Environmental Protection
I recognize the importance of protecting our environment for current and future generations. During my time in local government, I led Stamford's efforts to regulate single-use plastics, including carryout bags, plastic straws, and Styrofoam products. As a member of the Environment Committee in the Connecticut General Assembly, I have continued to support practical policies that protect our air, water, and natural resources while promoting sustainability and environmental resilience. I believe we can advance clean energy, reduce waste, and address environmental challenges without losing sight of affordability for families and small businesses. By working together with residents, businesses, and community leaders, we can ensure a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable future for Connecticut.
